For Returning Families
E-Update is a process through which we gather all the information about your child(ren) and their needs before attending Hiawatha. From dietary and medical needs to contact information and home addresses, these are all vital information we require from you to serve your child. Please visit our Infinite Campus webpage linked here, where you will find all the information you need to fill out the form online on your own time. Follow the instructions for “Returning families.” Your username is the e-mail you’ve used in the past, if you have forgotten it please reach out to your school’s office and ask them.
We have created video tutorials that walk you through the process of
- completing e-Update online; and
- electronically submitting free or reduced price lunch form.
Please watch the step-by-step video tutorials, which also addresses confusing questions and helps troubleshoot. If you have watched the video tutorials and are still stuck, please call your school office for support.

We will send a one time activation key via text message this week. Once you receive that unique key, you can then create an account on Infinite campus. We also strongly urge families to create a personal email account if they do not have one.
